The silicone Hammer Head® Swim Cap will fit ideally on many different size and shaped heads and various hair lengths. Aquatic sports athlete’s head circumference (measured above the ears) of 22” and larger will provide the best fit. If your head is smaller, you can put your team cap over the Hammer Head® for a more compressed fit.

Care Instructions

  • Rinse your Hammer Head® Swim Cap after use in a chlorine pool.
  • Turn your Hammer Head® Swim Cap inside out after use to dry completely.
  • Dust with Talcum powder occasionally to improve on-and-off process.
  • Avoid sharp objects that may puncture your Hammer Head® Swim Cap.

All shipping charges will be added to the purchase when the order is shipped. Your total price at checkout will include final shipping charges. Use the email as notification that your order has shipped as a receipt; it will include all charges.

All orders for in stock merchandise will ship same day if order is received by 12Noon (Central Time). If received after 12Noon (Central Time) your order will ship the next business day from Minneapolis, MN (USA).

You will have the option to select domestic and international expedited shipping at check out along with the USP shipping rate. Orders need to be placed by 10:00 am Central Time to be available for delivery when using next day services.

30-Day Return /Exchange Process
We are confident you will LOVE your Hammer Head® Swim Cap! However, for some reason you are not completely satisfied we are ready to help you return your order within 30 days of delivery to you. Returned products must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return that is not in this condition. 

You will be notified if your return is not accepted and we will ship it back to you. A credit will be processed using the same method you used to make your purchase. You can expect this transaction to be completed within 5-10 days of receiving and processing your return. Refunds include the full value of the product, but not shipping and handling fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges at this time. If you need a different item or size, please return the product you received and place a new order. While we do not currently provide shipping for returns, we can assist you with any shipping charges on your replacement order. Please email customer service at for more details.

Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at and we can assist you within 30 days of delivery. It is our goal to get your defective product returned and replaced as fast as possible.

We accept no responsibility for product damage incurred if not using the Hammer Head® Swim Cap for its intended use. Please see Terms of Use.
